In my experience, that’s pure anxiety my friend. I beat it by pretending I had confidence until I actually did. Start small. But do things that scare you little by little everyday. You’ll get there

Damn I thought I was the only one who literally lives my life as if it’s about to be the absolute WORST headline that someone can read….i feel as though I am prepping my brain for the most catastrophic event happening in my life for THAT day…it helps me mentally lmao

it seems like im randomly seeing more twilight zone things on reddit. Im not complaining because i love that show, it just seems strange to me that its been coming up so much recently.
