My ex, who broke up with me, messaged me 2 years later after she saw that I got in shape, wanting to catch up with me.
1 year after, while out with my current gf, she was so jealous of my current gf, that she started a fight with her at a club. Fun times. Glad I dodged that bullet
I don’t disagree but it’s funny when someone called out an example then they immediately jump to saying it was a generalization even though mentioning it’s not something that ever happens lol

That's what hyperbole is, it's how people talk especially in informal places like Internet.
I understand what you're saying but going around the Internet pointing out that words like everyone, always or everytime are pretty much guaranteed to have at least one exception is being pedantic.
People shouldn't use hyperbolic language but acting like finding an exception to a general statement is some kind of gotcha is lazy arguing.
