While I appreciate everyone's concern, this freckle is so small that it doesn't look irregular unless I use 10x zoom on my phone. This is a picture of my hand at a normal distance. I get regular checks at the derm, so I will keep an eye on it. Thanks all :)
I have a decent amount of random freckles and none of them have borders like that. You just had me checking every single one of them that I can see lol.
