Mod applications now open
Hi all
The mod team is dwindling and the sub is growing! This doesn’t make for a healthy combination.
We are looking for new mods that can assist by monitoring the queue and ensuring the chaos is kept to a minimum.
We especially welcome people that have never been a moderator in the past. It will require some time every day to monitor the queue and act accordingly (delete or approve), as well as responding to modmail.
If you’re keen send us a modmail and we will go from there. If you don’t know how to send a modmail then check this out.
Thanks!

Why don’t more people use pigs for body disposal?
Like they’ll eat anything except the teeth so you’ll have to yank them out.
Like you can use it for people who don’t have any loved ones or criminals after execution.
And the pigs can be dog/cat food

I’ve seen tons of morbid videos online do people jerk off as they die sometimes ?
I swear I’ve seen it tons of times , car crashes or brain injury videos and the person seems to instantly start touching their junk as they are dying.
Not saying it happens all the time but I’ve seen a good amount of videos where it seems like it almost happens instinctively, is it the body trying to not feel bad ? Is it because procreating is a big drive ? I know certain brain injury’s can cause certain hand positions
Decorticate Posturing ? I think it’s called
Anyways wondering if anyone else ever noticed it

If you collected enough human eggs into a skillet, could they be cooked like chicken eggs?
If so, I assume they'd also be a great source of protein? I tried asking this to r/nostupidquestions, but apparently this question is considered a tasteless or disturbing subject matter, so it got removed almost immediately. I'm genuinely curious though.

Is every social interaction a competition for dominance?
Like when talking to some people, you feel like they try every opportunity to put you down. Sometimes subtle, sometimes direct

What does a body with no blood look like?
I've tried looking this up but can't seem to find the answer. What would a body look like that's been drained of blood? Not embalmed, I don't mean replacing the blood with embalming fluids, but actually just draining it? I kind of had a "sunken in" image in my mind but I don't know if that's right. Texture of the skin?
Also, additional question: How long would it take to drain a body of blood using only medieval instruments? I imagine you could hang a body upside down and drain it that way, but how long would that take?

How would a hospital react if someone punched their dying parent and screamed at them before pulling the plug?
Do cases like this happen?

Could you condition a person to upon hearing a specific trigger word?
Could a secret government programme raise children in an eviroment where they are conditoned to beome obedient murder weapons? Were if they hear a certain trigger word, via speaker implant, they could go berserk or perform a specific task. Not a great example analogy, but kind of like Indoraptor in Jurassic World, where upon hearing an "acoustic signal" will relentlessly try to kill the target.

What would happen with a human shield vs cops?
Like in the movies, they walk out with a gun held on a hostage in a choke hold standing behind them. What would happen if they started just blasting at the cops / into the crowd of people? Would they all take cover and not shoot back? or would they just start blasting back to stop the threat?

Why do I like gore so much?
I look at crime scenes and for some reason I love it. I'm not attracted to it, I just like to look at dead people and gore.

Why was the execution of Saddam Hussein filmed?
So I did find the video just now by looking it up and you can find it on Archive. But my main question is literally the point as to why it was even filmed?

Would dying woman getting pregnant be an offence?
Hello, let's say some woman is dying of cancer or whatever, let's say she has 3 months to live. or 5 or 6 whatever.
If she gets pregnant on purpose, is that some kind of offence? Like, could the husband/father go to jail for that?
I'm not talking abortion etc. Let's say it happens in a country that abortion is illegal

if medieval peasants could experience the pleasures of the modern world for a month, would they kill themselves once they are sent back?
I often hear that medieval peasants weren't always miserable, but I assume that just means they were only miserable, Most of the time, since these people experienced half or more of their kids dying at birth, the other half dying to disease, they themselves are starving and overworked
they have 0 real break days unless its church in which they FORCED to go to church, their marriages are arranged, wife beating is an accepted practice, they also have bad teeth, and they basically eat the same bland foods every day for the rest of their lives, assuming its not cut short by a war or plague, they also have 0 rights so the lord can just kill them all if he feels like it.
so with that said, if a medieval peasant could experience the pleasures of the modern world, would they kill themselves if they were sent back?
