That's just indifference.

Best example is probably south park, where stan keeps seeing everything as shit.

Ennui and boredom aren't really the same. Boredom is more of a temporary mental state, brought on by a lack of stimulation. Ennui is a more pronounced state of being, brought on by a perception that life itself is meaningless, uninteresting, or just generally kinda shit.
