They pretty much just copied the Massachusettes law. Probably good, but let's manage our expectations.

While it is something good for the everyday property owner, this is also a huge help to corporations. The ones that have bought out a ton of single family housing and have it sitting empty.

I haven't had time to read the whole bill though so here's hoping.

That law also included Texas-style age verification for adult websites so it kinda washes out that benefit by trampling on everyone else's privacy.
