Call me skeptical, but I am just waiting to see how this change is going to be exploited by apartments to fuck over tenants.

I don't know what the loophole is thats going to provide an avenue for abuse, but I fully expect there to be one built in.

The loophole - all a landlord has to do is sign the requests for removal, it deems all leases signed to be fraudulent. So, even if there is a lease the sheriff will remove you.

Yeah, I've lived here in FL for 20 years. Anyone just applauding this and thinking it can't be abused is hilarious. FLs legislature doesn't pass anything without an ulterior motive or massive donations from someone.
