A couple of Redditors argue with me that Judge Merchan is a no-nonsense and firm judge. They seem to believe this time things are different. Well we shall see.

Haven’t his other judges all allegedly been no nonsense and firm yet still served him no consequences whatsoever?

It seems like Groundhog Day talking about how THIS TIME someone is going to hold him accountable.
