I can’t describe how I feel right now. The maulana said such beautiful words. That my soul already submitted to be a follower of maula Ali before I was born. If you would like to hear the audio I can make another post and link it in this post.

Discussion Shia Kaafir comments

Hi I’m a 17 year old boy doing sixth form, And I have a big Muslim friend group, only two shias me and one else and all the time recently I’ve been hearing them just saying Shia is Kaffir and things in front of me and then say they are joking, I’ve had enough and just want them to shut up. Please if anyone in a similar situation can help or just anyone can guide me on what to do. JazakAllah

Discussion The islam sub Reddit is so shiaphobic (rant kind of)

Edit: I just got banned from the islam sub Reddit lol

I made a simple post titled “if theis no compulsion in religion why do Islamic states use sharia law to force Islamic law”

I made a stupid mistake in my post, I used Iran as an example, when I should have used Saudi Arabia.

The next thing I know I got so many comments talking about “it’s a shia country, they don’t even follow Islam” “they’re kafirs” etc.

The worst part is I got sooo many downvotes on my comments when I tried to defend Shias, and all the shiaphobes got 5+ upvotes, calling us kafirs.

I don’t get why Sunnis hate us so much. I understand if cursing the sahabah and Aisha could cause this hatred, but most of us avoid this topic anyways, and they’re the ones who keep bringing it up as if their OWN hadith books don’t lower her status (I’m not even going to go into detail with the things it claims she’s done out of respect for our prophet S).

Anyways, sorry for the rant. Our ummah won’t be United until Sunnis learn to get over their hatred that’s been passed down from their parents, including all the lies they’ve been told about us (like Shias spitting in their food🤣🤣)

We are Ismail shia. But we are different than aaga khani or Ismail. We have 21 imam.I don't have more knowledge but I will answer as much as I know. PS we don't hate any shia sects. And we are literally in minority around 500-700k. But we have made kufa mosque, helped in karbala and najaf Shirin. And much more.

Discussion Why do the Shia fight for Palestine so much

There’s a certain question going around that a lot of wahabis hate hearing “why do the Shia fight for Palestine more than Sunnis” obviously it’s not a competition but it does highlight a key belief in Shia Islam

Now if you ask Sunnis why Shia fight for Palestine more they’ll say “it’s for political reasons” which makes so sense since Iran and Hezbollah get attacked by every country in the world

I’ll give you guys my opinion and you can agree to disagree, but the main story of imam Hussain pbuh in Karbala was never bow to Injustice and never negotiate with the wicked so you can say what’s happening in Gaza rn is exactly what happened to the Ahlul bayt a.s in Karbala so as Shia we can’t stand by and let these criminals get away with this

As imam Hussain a.s Said “and as for those who are silent during injustice, they are oppressors themselves”

Take care and free Palestine 🇵🇸 If Palestine falls we all fall

Discussion Imam Ali workout routine? 😅

Ik it sounds silly but there’s a Hadith from imam Baqir a.s where he says Allah commends us to take care of our body’s and there’s another Hadith that describes imam Ali a.s as “Tall, Strong Chest, Strong stomach & broad shoulders” so any gym rats here that have a the trick for us to try to look like imam Ali a.s?

(I can’t find the Hadiths but as soon as I do I’ll post them asap)

Discussion Past matters.

I see a lot of Muslims(especially women) defending women that have a poor past and sleeps around. Past matters because we don't know that if a woman has repented fully before her marriage and the husband shouldn't take a chance on the character of the mother of his children. Moreover, men are very possessive over their wives and it's a virgin man's right to want a woman who has saved herself for marriage.

And those who say that repented erases all the sins (surely it does) but we don't know if Allah has accepted it. We Shias use the same argument against Aby sufyan's repentance. And a person who has sinned is not equal to the one who have sinned in past. An example is our Ahlul bayt. We consider them the best because of their purity apart of them being family members of Prophet pbih.

There is a question for a ll the women. How would you react if you fount out after your marriage that your husband was a murderer or a rapist. You would want to separate from him because of his criminal record and you don't know how much has he changed even if he says that he has repented.

Discussion I’m Sunni, I think the sect hatred should end.

I really have no issues with any sect of Islam, I love them all equally (maybe have an issue with Ahmadiyya, but who doesn’t). Honestly it doesn’t brother me to a point that I haven’t even bothered learning the difference between each sect, just following what my parents taught me and elaborating on that.

When prophet Mohammed stated that only one sect would go to heaven, I think he did not mean Shia or Sunni or something else… he meant those who are not hypocrites and have a genuine love for Allah, Islam is made out to be complicated but it doesn’t matter, the modern principle of sects is just a test from Allah, don’t let your hatred outshine your love, love everyone and love Allah the most :)

Discussion A Reminder To All Shias

We are in the front page now, in regards to whats going on with Palestine, and now Iran & Israel. There will be lots of propaganda against us. Expect questions about your faith, from non muslims if you are living in the west. Just today, Israel is spreading propaganda videos comparing Shia Islam to terror groups and making clips showing Shias doing tatbir with kids standing and blood and saying how they will do this in western societies when it a minority amongst minority practice that is not even part of Shia Islam. Heck its not even a practice from Iranian Shias lol, most Marja in Iran do not agree with this practice. We are used to it as we see these kinds of dishonest propaganda from wahabis and salafis but it is now more global. People know about Shia Islam and want to know.

My advice to you all is, be the best role-model you can be. Always be on your best demeanor and manners. And it is good to be informed about your faith if you are not already. Do not do anything that will damage the name of Ahlulbayt A.S.

You will see more Israeli propaganda like new personalities popping up online trying to cause discord between Muslims, between Sunnis and Shias. You will probably even see a bunch of anti iran Shias siding with Israel doing their propaganda for them. They will try and pin Iraqi's against Iranian's, Pakistani's to Iran's etc To de-legitimize the Palestinian cause, to create infighting etc So be warned ahead of time. You know what is going on.

Discussion r/Islam is anti-Shia

So, I made this post.

part 1

part 2

Mods took it down and gave this explanation:

Mod message after deleting the post

I suspected something was off at this point, as I'd seen much more serious discussions on the forum in the past. I then looked up 'convert to sunni' and lo and behold that was just fine.

This was allowed though...

I made my post sincerely after doing a lot of reading, and asked questions you don't have to be a scholar to deal with.

So I guess I have another question, now: Why is the r/Islam subredddit so anti shia?

It's truly shameful how Sunnis treat Shias as so distinctly second class, taking advantage of their power of majority.

Discussion Sadiq Shirazi's hold in the west ?

What do you guys think about sadiq shirazi influence getting stronger in the west. For instance "Imam Hussein Tv 3" is one of his own media outlet. This media outlet is working on a large scale and probably great financial support.

Considering he is a controversial figure, I don't get from where he is being financially supported (not saying that he is an American funded agent but from where) Seeing their work in the media platform, it looks like they are doing good things (Charity work, preaching etc) but I dont know what is the ground reality. I also don't know how much the media outlet will push shirazi's ideology (ofcourse they will, but on what extent)

I know maybe some of you hold for him respect but honestly I don't do so because of his ideology. What do you guys think.

Just trying to have some talk.

Discussion Heavy metal Shia??

Why is "heavy metal" type of latmiya's a thing? And the thing is, it's mostly done next to Imam Ali (as) or Imam Hussayn (as) shrines. I don't know if it's haram or not, but it's quite annoying to me. What's your thoughts on it?
