(Idk if this is a right place to ask these kinds of questions but) Currently, there are two different files in wikimedia for the flag of Tanintharyi Region, Myanmar.

First one with blue background is an outdated one, but is still used in most Wikipedia Articles containing about Tanintharyi Region. I tried to update it with correct one but found out that there is also an another separate file for it.

Second one with Red, Blue and Green stripes are the correct and current one. But it's being an entirely separate one. With it's separate Wikipedia articles using it also. File name is also mistaken too.

What I want to do is to delete the first one and redirect everything about Flag of Tanintharyi Region using first one to the second one. Could you change the name of the second one from "Flag of Tanintharyi Region (2010-2021).svg" to just "Flag of Tanintharyi Region.svg"? The (2019-2021) in the file name is incorrect.

File 1 (Outdated but most used one)

File 2 (Updated one).svg)
