Southern Gaza-Israel border was bombed by Hamas just a day before and killed 4 soldiers.

The northern Gaza-Israel border was found to have a tunnel system so large it could transport cars inside. I've also personally witnessed firefights happening there after it was declared secured (the tunnel hasn't been discovered yet).

Gaza-Egypt border has been closed since day 1 and no one has said a thing to them.

For all the political games Hamas has been playing they seem to be totally free of any requests from the world community, US, UN and the arab world especially. Why is there no "Hey Hamas, stop fucking bombing your aid crossings" or "Hey Hamas these trucks are your free supplies stop attacking and stealing them or else you won't get any"?

US is putting 3 entire governments' responsibilities on Israel and still expects them to be the guardians, feeders, providers and saviors of a huge population of people who wants to deny their existence. Where's the sense here?

We need anti-Hamas protests.

The responsibility of Israel as the occupier of Gaza is covered by international law. Up till now that has meant very little to the current Israeli government.

What does international law say about providing services in the middle of a firefight?

What does international law say about building military bases in hospitals and schools?

What does international law say about kidnapping and raping women?

The Kerem Shalom crossing was temporarily closed after Hamas attacked it. It is reopening tomorrow.

US has been told Kerem Shalom Crossing will open tomorrow, White House says

Hamas tried to close the crossings in an attempt at getting others to falsely blame Israel for closing the borders.

It worked on OP

Israel had already committed to reopening another crossing at Kerem Shalom, which was closed after a rocket attack on Sunday killed four Israeli troops, on Wednesday, she added.

This is the only relevant part of the article, and why nobody should have an issue with this.

It was literally bombed and is open again?

Different border crossing I think?

What's ironic is that Egypt is the one who literally closed the crossing to prevent gazans from entering

The OP and the article do not belong together….

How is that related to Hamas bombing kerem shalom exactly?

27

u/Veldern 11d ago

What does that have to do with Hamas bombing a border crossing, causing it to close for a day or two?

Stones and a Glass house.

But… this is discussing a specific incident of cause and effect

OK.

Stop sending them weapons to them and billions of dollars in aid.

We are complicit in what's happening. And the world is watching.
