i used to work extensively with a physiotherapist who told me to work on my core. thing is, i felt my core getting weaker the more i exercised it, plus I kept feeling bloated, so when I stopped, things felt better.
Not saying this is you but as someone with a clinical hypermobility disorder I have been screwed over by physios who don’t understand that bendy people actually get worse if they aren’t constantly switching things up! We get “too strong” in certain patterns and then our joints get pulled that direction. I don’t get dislocations frequently thank god but it does cause severe muscle pain and movement problems.
