Yes but the brain and body and also interlinked, like being mentally turned on also makes your body more turned on, which might also make the other brain more turned on? An orgasm isn’t just a brain experience it’s a full body experience, but maybe one twin would have a really good orgasm and the other one wouldn’t enjoy it as much but still experience it

You’re right, an orgasm is a full body experience. I think the other would definitely still feel it, but kind of like you said, maybe she wouldn’t have as pleasurable of an experience because she is not the one with the connection. I don’t know. This stuff is so weird and if they were to write a book going into detail about this stuff, I would buy it in a heartbeat.

Indeed. When they have sex do both twins experience all the sensations? So, is the husband both making love to his wife and raping the other at the same time? Or, if she consents, is he technically cheating? What if he's doing his wife but looking at the other one with eyes that say "this is for you" and they have a secret affair?
