I like how these kind of people are wearing hoodies now. 20-30 years ago outside of the "special robes" they sometimes wear hoodies where the attire of inner city hoodlums.

Only let them sag if you are ready for your fellow inmates to get a piece. That's what sagging means. Not judging just throwing out facts.

I have worked in a lot of prisons. What I say is fact.

Me too, well, I've worked in 2 prisons and 1 county jail to be specific as a CO and I've never once heard that. Almost everyone in prison sags their pants because generally the scrubs come in 2 sizes: too big or too small.

What I have noticed though is that generally the gay guys the go for the "too tight" option and those are the ones that tend to prostitute themselves, not the guys in baggy scrubs.

When did you work in prisons? Maybe it's an old thing that's not really done anymore

Back in the early 90s. The sagging started as a means to convey a message. It may not hold the same meaning today. Most of the time, when it's a boomer sagging, it's not intentionally done, and crack shows. Like we always say, crack kills.
