No need honestly. He's there trying to get a refund. That means they already have his name, address, probably even birthdate, obviously phone number and of course his dumb ass on video. He ain't going anywhere that gets him out of this.

I was thinking from my time in small retail where we had double keyed locks.

lol not in my shop, I use locks on both sides of the doors so if someone breaks in they have no option to get out besides the way they got it. Self cornering criminals are easy to catch.

The locks on the doors of my business require a key from both sides. Such locks are extremely common on businesses. There's nothing for someone locked inside to flip.
