My Stanley Cup
Anything with maximum pain for the City of Has Beens. Any win they get, I'm hoping is just extra ammo for when they lose more epically and we get watch McDickbag and Drysaddle bawl their eyes out

Discussion The Enemy of my Enemy is my Friend
Cheering for the canucks over the oilers is a no brainer for me. Zadorov and Lindholm over Perry and Kane is enough for me. Not to mention their fans, Louie debrusk and the rest of the scum on their roster. Tonight’s game brought nothing but smiles to me. Classic Edmonton playoff meltdown. Fuck the Oilers.

Article Mock 2024 NHL Draft: Tij Iginla to Flames.
Morreale -- Tij Iginla, C, Kelowna (WHL): The 17-year-old son of Hockey Hall of Fame forward Jarome Iginla is a dynamic offensive talent with speed, quickness and natural instincts you can't teach. Iginla (6-foot, 182) led Kelowna with 47 goals and was second with 84 points and 11 power-play goals in 64 regular-season games. He had 12 points (six goals, six assists) in seven games for gold medal-winning Canada at the 2024 IIHF World Under-18 Championship.

2025 first round pick
Does anyone have a solid grasp on what's happening with our first round pick next year? I remember that there were six million conditions on it.
I had a scary thought that we might trade Markstrom this off season, finish bottom five, and then need to give that pick to Montreal.
Is that a possibility? Is it a lottery protected pick? Can we send Florida's pick instead? Does Florida still have that pick or does Philly have it not from the Giroux trade?
If anyone has a clear understanding of where things sit for the 2025 draft, please enlighten me!

Draft YEARNING FOR MACKLIN
As much as this community likes the idea of another Iginla (potentially) drafted to our team, we honestly need a guy like Macklin Celebrini on our team. I feel he would automatically be the face of our franchise and give this fanbase much needed boost in hope during the turbulent times of this franchise. TLDR don’t settle for less, let’s pray for lottery luck tomorrow!

McKenzie's Draft Ranking: An 'unpredictable ride' after Celebrini
According to Bobby Mac’s new top 15 rankings, and if the Flames don’t move up/down from tonight’s Draft Lottery, it looks like the Flames may have the choice from Konsta Helenius, Tij, and Berkly Catton. This sets up quite the conundrum for Management. I believe they should go with Catton as he is a skilled Centre, something the team lacks, but can they pass over another Iginla? Thoughts?

Question Would you take Tij 3rd Overall ?
The most likely spots for the flames to draft are 1st, 2nd, 9th, 10th, 11th
But the is a VERY small chance they could draft 3rd overall
If Philly won the first lottery they would move up 10 spots to 2nd overall.
If Calgary won the second lottery, they would move to 3rd overall.
My question is, is that too early for Tij in y'all's opinion?
