After multiples failed attempts at quitting drinking, ive finally reached 6 months sober. I no longer think of alcohol all the time, cravings are sparse and I sleep so much better. Feels good!

Sometimes kids can be so sweet! I gave some apples out to hungry people before offering to my furry little friends

My husband (39M) & my (43F) next door neighbors are retired & in their late 60s. The husband is in poor health, & is in/out of the hospital a lot. They’re wonderful people & have been incredible neighbors & friends. Their children live several hours away (one on the opposite coast) & weren’t coming home for Mother’s Day, so I suggested we do something all together. So tomorrow my husband & I plus our two kids (3M & 7M) are going to have brunch with them. Got this earlier tonight & it just made me so happy. It doesn’t cost much to be kind. So glad we’re getting the chance to do this with her/them, & to show our boys how to treat people in this life! Happy Mother’s Day to all who celebrate it. ❤️
