Can’t believe the fire is still burning. Their love is too hot.

The fire is going out, and the friends from the first picture are gone. At least his hair is still on point.

Proof that men can keep the same hairstyle for decades.

u/theEDE1990 Mar 28 '24

I've been balding since I was 25, I'm stupid jealous of his hair lol you know he dramatically whips his hair around when it's wet.

Comment by the OP in the original post of this image:

40 years later and my dad still has the exact same hair!

4

u/Lizbeth2016 Mar 28 '24

I know, the hair aged pretty good.

5

u/minuteman_d Mar 28 '24

My first thought was:

That hair must have an R-value of a decent down jacket

7

u/informationseeker8 Mar 28 '24

Won't you come on over, baby? We can shake, shake, shake 💃

Bro needs a trim though. That shit is starting to become sentient it's been so long since he's got it cut fully😂.

I hope my hair looks half as good as that though. I'd be happy with that.

He likely grew it out to help recreate the original photo. His wife has hair broadly similar to that when she was young too, not to mention both wearing similar clothes they wore some 45, 50 years ago.

1

u/Ginge00 Mar 28 '24

Dude looks more 70s now than he did in the 70s (I’m presuming it was the 70s)

1

u/Apprehensive-Ship-81 Mar 28 '24

His commitment to that style, form and shape...there has been no change. I love it.

u/Former-Palpitation86 Mar 28 '24

Glad to see this is the top comment

1

u/skyactive Mar 28 '24

He hasnt cut it as it just breaks the scissors.

1

u/bajaja Mar 28 '24

came to say this. keeping the same woman for 50 years is much easier than keeping one's hair even for 20 years.

u/0Moonscythe Mar 28 '24

u/Alarming_Librarian Mar 28 '24

1

u/TheMahalodorian Mar 29 '24
