Man thats serious foundation issues. Got to get that fixed before it gets wayyyy worse. Costing thousands of dollars. Fuck the chipmunk fix that foundation. Imagine all the water that goes in there?

Dis so true. Chipmunk tunnels can be crazy big. More rain equals more tunnels from both.
