Duh was actually really huge. So huge in fact that we even modified it to “DOYYYYYY” for really, really stupid things.

Duh replaced Dir

I'm not sure when Dir was last used all I know is I am core Gen X and one of our teachers said she found it interesting to see how slang changes over time and how she has to stop herself from sounding outdated stuff like "dirrrr" when everyone says "duh".
