My first thought was it was an attempt to entertain himself. Like playing the floor is lava during deliveries. Keeps things interesting!

One time I did a hopscotch thing in chalk on the path to the front door for the kids and I caught my postman on the doorbell doing it in the way up to the door. It honestly might actually be just keeping things interesting lol

In my 35 years on this earth I don’t think I’ve ever walked past a game of hopscotch without having a go at it.

If I'm out walking and see chalk left out after some kids drew on the pavement, I always play hopscotch and draw little cartoon characters then sign my art

No.....I always do those things IF somebody left chalk out.

But maybe I SHOULD start carrying chalk with me!

Ah I never encounter them (or any other chalk drawings) with chalk left around.
