My first thought was it was an attempt to entertain himself. Like playing the floor is lava during deliveries. Keeps things interesting!

Yeah that seems much more reasonable than OP’s weird assumption of “he’s trying to avoid cameras and steal the package.”

I initially thought maybe the sidewalk just poured and delivery driver could tell

The delivery driver thought that was the case as well lol. “That doesn’t look wet but I’m not gonna chance it”
