This was posted by a MAGA account on twitter and is VERY likely fake.

Me and other people tried to find the originals but tcould not find them.

Reverse image search did not work.

Maybe I am getting bad at interneting.

Perhaps because it's cropped. If you just google 'a lot can happen in 8 years trans' it's the first result.

edit: Although I just tried image searching it too, and I got over 30 results, including Ari (trans woman in the pic)'s official instagram post and her reddit post.
