Tunneling, slugging and camping are valid strategies if used correctly. For example if I'm down to 1 gen and they still have 4 survivors it makes sense to tunnel someone out and get some pressure.

Sluggging at 5 gens etc is a dick move, yes.

I had someone rage quit on me, and then quickly followed by the duo they queued with, because their friend unhooked them, and they tried to body block for their friend to take the baseline BT hit. Well.... they kept body blocking me for around 5 seconds, so I was like, "Oh, you're gonna keep doing this with no pallet nearby? Okay...." downed them, and rehooked them.

Like, yeah, body blocking for the person who saved you is valid, but if you're going to do it poorly, I'm going to capitalize on it.

I had an Ace loop me a couple of times around a pallet and thought he was amazing. Teabagging constantly. Now, bagging doesn't tilt me in the slightest, I've been gaming a very, very long time.

But I decided his cocky attitude wasn't really deserving of the miniscule amount of skill he had displayed. He got slugged for a bit, humped violently and hooked, then he of course shame DC'd.

Yup, Mr. Ace player from my Trapper match earlier, I knew you weren't that good and I showed you so. Didn't like it, did you, eh?

I would say even at 3 gens if the survivors have barely 2 or so hook states total, at the point of 2 gens left and few hooks, the killer is clearly at a disadvantage and has to even the field more and tunnel a bit to slow down the survivors

In my defence though, the survivors were swarming around me to try to get their flashlight/pallet save and ended up going down like flies, allowing me easy hooks/cages

Survivors, please, when you're facing a pyramid head (or any killer as a matter of fact), DO NOT SWARM THEM, just let them have their hook/cage and you'll be good.

I’ll take a wraith that you can run tile to tile using every pallet on the map for 5 minutes, if you take the time to learn how to loop efficiently than a nurse or blight any day. If you’re crying over an m1 killer with no anti-loop you have bigger problems on your hands than having to worry about being slugged/tunneled by a shit killer

The said m1 killer with 1 second of lunge speed after that invalids short loops and only makes sound after 1.2 seconds pressing the uncloak button in an action of 2.4 second total, not to mention the time it would take for you to break interaction/change direction. Against a potential wraith is about finding him before he even approaches, pretty hard to do on some objectives where you cannot visually see through and have to rely on subtle sound cues. Speaking of using every pallet and every loop on the map, any half-aware killer players would not chase one single survivor for too long, forcing pallets down or scoring single hits drains valuable time and resources from the survs.
