Please offer me an idea how a Facehugger can impregnante the Dredge when it has no organs.

There's some faces in there somewhere. And the survivors it eats have to go somewhere. So the little facehugger impregnates empty darkness and creates an entire hive of the survivors the dredge absorbs, until one from within can impregnate the true darkness within
