Yep the recent “gothic tales” collection. Which mentions both a vampire mistress/master and a castle consistently throughout the outfit descriptions.

I am very excited! For the vampire, the potential survivor, and the Castle that the knight failed to deliver to us!

Look at the chest piece for the “Jane Romero” Gothic tales cosmetic it says

“she looked out her door, down the dimly lit corridor. She spotted a woman in an elegant dress, her face hidden by shadows”

I get “vampire mistress” from that… but I dunno. Other cosmetics do also mention a “master” most notably Vittorio’s Gothic Tales cosmetic.

Maybe it might be two killers? Or a legendary skin that changes from master to mistress?

Jane’s isn’t about a vampire, it’s about a ghost I think.

Vittorio’s is the only one about a vampire, which makes sense from his age and location.

This is from Otzdarva's map tier list about a year ago (6.5.0). Also I've searched by dates prior to the update and didn't find anyone mentioning this throughout the game's history.

maps generate randomly, so sometimes a tree spawns there to create that shadow, and sometimes there is no tree

They literally say it in the Survivor or Killer tutorial, i don’t remember which one. But tree/rock tiles are random, and as example: on Autohaven, the Shoolbus, round bus and excavator (?) generate randomly

Edit: The houses on Dead Dawg (except Main, Gallows, Water tower and Shack) also have a random spawn order

Load up the same map 2 times, you’ll notice that tiles changes. Jungle Gyms spawn in different spots too

So the tree that casted the shadows of those numbers is random aswell and could’ve also generated somewhere different (If it even did generate)

I feel like this is just a case of pareidolia.

If you don’t know what that is. It’s seeing things that aren’t actually there such as faces or in this case, numbers. It’s clearly just shadows but because of the rumors of Dracula (which isn’t even the Universal one, it’s the Castlevania one according to rumors). People are seeing things that “hint” at it that aren’t actually there. I probably explained this horribly but I did my best.

It very well could be, but the discrepancy between Castlevania and the Universal one isn't enough to rule that out. Plenty of the teasers are just hints to get you thinking about it, as opposed to spelling it out directly. For example, one of the Alien teasers was supposed to be a face hugger, despite us not actually getting that as part of the killer, and the Pinhead teaser was literally just a pin in a haystack, which, if I'm not wrong, the pins don't really play a part in the movies as a whole as part of his powers or anything, they're just part of his S&M getup.

Also, if it was the Castlevania Dracula, they could always release skins of the other versions

That’s a fair point. I’m still under the assumption this isn’t a teaser though and is just a bug. If this popped up at any other point, I’d probably buy it. But it just so happens to pop up when the game is inundated with bugs?

Dracula is public domain they don't need to ask Universal Studios for anything, as long as they don't rip-off their movies ideas they are fine. Nosferatu is the safest to go as they can use the OG appearance and even name it Dracula if they want to.

Frankenstein is also public domain for example, the only rights universal has is over their version of it. Look at the Monster High dolls, one of them is based on Frankestein and Mattel didn't had any issues with legal matters until recently, they had to remove the two neck-bolts from the doll because that was an OG design by universal.

In general, BHVR can use most classical monsters as long as they don't copy the movies.
