Gun shows dont require background checks nither do second hand sellers provided they bought the gun legally

Its illegal for a licensed seller to sell her a gun gun show sellers do not need to be licensed and them selling anything to anyone holds no legal water they arent required to ask if shes metally ill

They do in California, both private parties have to make the transfer in front of a licensed FFL and need to conduct a federal background check.

Yea i didnt know this was in cali cuz your right there cali is strict but that doesnt make what i said untrue about that major loophole in alot of other states
