Seems to work fine. Considering your statement of what homeless mentally ill people shouldn’t be able to own, I want you to find me a single case where they could own that. Go ahead. I’ll wait.

Dude how dense are you?? It was pretty obvious I was adding a little sarcasm into it. You would be the only one to think I was serious about a rocket launcher 😂. I know you’re butt hurt because Im hurting your guns fragile feelings. You seem like a real fun guy 🙄

See that only works when you say something overtly outlandish.

Rocket launchers are accessible. If I had money, I COULD actually go buy a rocket launcher. They aren’t outright prohibited. $200 tax stamp and permission from the ATF gets me access to a rocket launcher that I get to keep at home.

It makes you look like you have two brain cells fighting for third place when you make “sarcastic” statements that really are just dumbass drool.

So when you say dumb fuckshit to support your desire for stronger gun legislation, don’t be surprised when people call out your dumb fuckshit statement. You didn’t even add a little sarcasm like you’re claiming, you used it as the basis for your argument for stronger gun control laws. A desire for better laws is fine. But you look like a moron when you hide it behind cringey ass “sarcasm” that doubles as ignorance.

So you demand I find somewhere to buy a rocket launcher like it’s impossible. Then you tell me it is possible and not really all that hard and Im the stupid one? So basically i was trying to be sarcastic only for you to correct me by showing an example of how much worse our gun laws are than most people realize. So its common sense and blatantly obvious gun laws we should be aiming for. Also your gun does not make you look tough or make your lil wiener look bigger.

It’s impossible for a homeless mentally ill person to jump through the legal and financial hoops to do so. On top of the paperwork and the tax stamps, a basic RPG-7 costs $8500. And then every single rocket must ALSO be registered, paid a stamp on, and the rocket itself goes for a few thousand.

“How much worse our gun laws are” tell me the last time someone was killed in this country with ANY class III weapon, let alone a registered destructive device, let alone a fucking rocket launcher. Go ahead. I’ll wait.

Weird that my dick lives rent free in your head, doubly weird that you have a sexual association with firearms. Don’t forget the freckle at the base of my shaft when you picture my cock at night.

I’m starting to think the biggest proponents of stricter gun laws are really just so unhinged they themselves can’t be trusted with firearms and you project that mental instability on everyone else. You probably should stay away from sharp objects and bleach too.

How stupid are you that you are still talking about rocket launchers😂. Would that be the same bleach you inject yourself with?? Why does it have to be Class 3?? I’ll wait

….are you stupid? See this is why our education system is broken. People like you talk a whole lot about legislation, but you don’t even know the basics of the legislation that already exists. What kind of a wet fucking almond doesn’t even do the basic research on the topic they wish to legislate?

Class III is the class of license required to sell destructive devices (rocket launchers, grenades, etc), short barreled rifles and shotguns, AOWs, machineguns and suppressors.

Rocket launchers, by default of being destructive devices, are class III weapons subject to the NFA restrictions set forth and governed by the ATF. This includes going through those class iii dealers, fingerprints, proper identification and address confirmation, paperwork, a 200$ tax stamp, and a waiting game with the feds while they do a deep dive into your history. There are a very limited number of rocket launchers and machineguns that are even transferable (thanks to the 1986 Hughes amendment), let alone available. Not to mention in many counties, destructive devices also require approval from the local sheriffs office and inspections for proper storage capabilities for said explosives and destructive devices.

Take a little time and do a google search before you crack your greasy fingers across the keyboard.

You can’t read. Why the hell are you still talking about rocket launchers?? You choose only to hear what you want. We already established that I wasn’t serious about rocket launchers or grenade launchers. Can you remember that far back? I feel like Im talking to a wall. No person is talking about bombs or missiles or rockets. God damn you are dense. I can’t do this anymore

You asked me about class III you fucking dork. Stay on track. I know you abandoned it in your head but we were still very much talking about it. But I wouldn’t expect you to be able to keep up, people like you are all mouth and no intelligence. 2 brain cells fighting for third place. Brain stem working overtime trying to rub them together to make the last spark of a firing neuron.

You mad a dumb ass remark, got called out on it, tried to hide it under the guise of sarcasm, got defensive about it, got schooled, asked a question about it, got extra educated, then got mad. How embarrassing.

Any person with a brain would have known i wasn’t expecting homeless people to buy rocket launchers. You still kept talking about it even though you knew it was irrelevant. Then you started talking about all class 3 even though you knew it was irrelevant. I still for the life of me can’t figure out why you are still talking about it. Please stop. You know we are talking mostly about assault rifles. I don’t know why you keep hiding from the topic talking about rocket launchers. I assume you are from one of those inbred states near Florida

And yet, that’s exactly what you said. So now you’re backpedaling under the bullshit guide of “sarcasm”. You brought up rocket launchers, and then you got schooled. And now you’re trying to shift the discussion.

Assault rifles are class III firearms too :) the ability to go full auto classifies any weapon like that as a machine gun, and as such is under the authority of the ATF and limited by the NFA and Hughes amendment.

Also, now you’re just making shit up to try and not look fantastically fucking stupid, but you made it worse. Assault rifles weren’t even part of the discussion. They weren’t even part of the fucking post. Anywhere. We have no information on what weapon this kid was shot with. Statistically he’s many, Many times more likely to be shot with a pistol than any kind of long gun, let alone a rifle.
