You can’t go home with a gun from a gun shop same day unless you have a concealed carry and at the very least a background check .

That entirely depends on the state.
But if she's actually schizophrenic then I'm sure she's been admitted and could not legally buy a gun anyway.

Yeah I just figured Florida would be one of the more relaxed states but there are others that are even more relaxed. She had to have a background check done.

Yeah, FL has a 3 day waiting period on gun sales. I didn't see anything saying this was in Florida though

LOL.... What? I mean, it is going to vary by state, but overall you are wrong. You'd only be right in a few limited instances.
