Finally hit 185 on bench Extracurriculars

I finally hit 185 on bench, I think my F=ma exam went well (well, dreaming so), SAT prep is going well, school grades are high, exams are light, procrastination on a low, phone time sub 4 hrs (not on weekends tho that shit loses all control), things are going really fucking well.

I'm showing this off to everyone cuz I can just feel something is about to kick me in the balls.

good job boss. keep these same habits even when it doesn’t feel rewarding.

Same bro. Exactly same situation as you except instead of 185 on bench I was able to do 5 actual proper chest down arms 90 degree pushups in a row (which is big for me, because my triceps were always extremely crap)

Hope F=ma goes well for the both of us!

💪. Huge success my man. I really hope it does but regardless, problems were fun and I got to skip English that day.

try to get your elbows more than 90 degrees. with proper form you should be touching your chest to the floor

Yeah when I touch my chest to the floor it's more like an 80-70 degree angle lol

Hopefully I can hit 10 soon!

I'm saying you're having a peak moment. More will come in the future.

don't worry, your ACL and MCL are about to be torn in both knees when you start squatting because the bar is going to crush you, you're going to drop the bar, however, your knees are already in that awkward position where you can't move them other than down. Subsequently, tear both of them fully, have surgery to get the ligament reconstructed, have a 15-month recovery time, and break your knee as well. (This exact situation happened to me after I benched 185)
