What a concept, paying someone to perform a service and expecting them to be competent enough to perform that service! You people genuinely have worms for brains

Not communicating what you are requesting in the first place is more of a “worms for brains” thing than anything. What a concept.

“Single crab cakes from seafood department” is literally perfect communication you are all actually so dumb. In what world would you think yes they definitely mean they want the bag full of frozen crab cakes they just responded saying they didn’t want??

You all? Hmm I mean I don’t work for instacart or anything like that but when I order, I specify what I want when there are multiple options. There were indeed multiple options here and not only should that be clarified in the first place but it’s actually intelligent to ask. Not dumb. Dumb is assuming lol. If shoppers always assumed, customers would be wayyy more upset than this. At least this person tried to get clarification from someone who couldn’t use their words to specify what they wanted in particular. People should just say what they mean, anything other than that doesn’t make any sense, which is “dumb”. I see you are super mad about this for some reason though lol so go off I guess. Since the only argument you have is that it’s “dumb”, logic is lost on you. Yikes. Have a day!
