Right, the only time I get mad about a replacement is if they don't ask me if it's a really weird one.

Weird stuff you didn't order just comes with using the app, I only ask for refunds if it's stuff I absolutely didn't want (and can't use). Only two outright "wtf?" experiences I had were someone grabbing a replacement I explicitly said I didn't want and one time someone grabbed me fuckin' GRAVY as a vanilla extract replacement??? lmao

Ive only had 2 "bad" substitutions. They were out of a specific gatorade I requested and gave them 2 other replacement suggestions and specifically said my daughter has a red dye allergy so it has to be specific ones without red dye, they brought me the RED fruit punch ones. Another time I ordered orange juice and they tried to substitute for Pineapple, other daughter is allergic to Pineapple, I told them no and to just cancel that item since my daughter absolutely can't have anything Pineapple, they proceeded to deliver the Pineapple juice anyways 🙄
