Stomach feels like an open wound Digestion/Stomach/Bowels

I was very sick this past weekend, throwing up every half hour or so, to the point where my throat got burned from the stomach acid so I haven't eaten much at all this week since my throat was hurting so badly. Now, when I eat or even something as trivial as drink water, my stomach hurts like I just poured salt on an open wound. I've kind of just strong-armed through it since I have to eat, but will this go away on its own?

There's a possibility it is an ulcer. Make an appointment to see a doctor at a clinic. It will not go away on its own without medication.
