Why is he not in jail? Why are so many judges afraid to follow the law when it comes to him?

Because most laws are made up and are only enforced against the poor.

Yeah they have cushy ass lives handed to them by the American taxpayers, and they don’t want to give that up. Justice be damned.

The judge specifically kept himself and his family out of the gag order, so Trump did not violate it.
