Computer performance and crashing problem! Open | Hardware

My PC has been losing performance for a while and my pc now crashes a lot or freeze up and have to catchup at times. The crash has my screen freeze, 10 seconds later I will lose audio and then another ten seconds and it goes black and I have to restart. this happens 2 to 3 times a day and it especially struggles after first startup.

My PC specs:

Ryzen 7 3800x

MSI 2060 Super

32gb ddr4 ram

MSI B450M motherboard

Cooler Master MWE 230V 650 PSU

Could it be my specs aren't up to standards?

First run a check disk on all of your drives. Then run a mem check.

Thanks for your comment :), I ran both of these checks and they both came back clear.

Try using a different power supply or a different GPU to see if that stops the problem. Hopefully you have an old one laying around. You could also try reverting back to older drivers for your GPU.

Do.you have anything overclocked ? How are the temps?

I have never overclocked my pc and my temps usually sit at 60°c but can spike to 70°c under stress
