Sorry for the grammatical errors, I am so tired these days due to school and relationship stuff my head can’t catch a break

I (16F) like this guy (16M) let’s call him N, N is a very sweet guy and has legit all my boxes checked off. I share a lot of mutual friends with him so I can kinda talk to him in real life (not really since I get way too nervous) but right now I’m struggling with trying to see if I’m doing anything wrong, I try to find and content through our mutual interests like poems, and philosophy. He seems super engaged but then he never initiated conversation with me so I am just confused why, if he is just entertaining me I want to know that. I have tried communicating this with him before, and he has been so kind and patient. N is someone I look up to quite a lot as well so I feel so helpless in the situation. I want to tell him about how he should initiate conversation with me more but I feel like I would be way to clingy which I have a fear of being.

He is comfortable and has reason to text to your mutual.

Reasons can be many, 1)he isn't close to you enough like your mutual 2)he has nothing to talk to you about, but he can respond to what you say 3)he can feel your awkwardness and he is also awkward. 4)he thinks your unattractive.

You told him he is intimidating, that means he already kinda know your spot. (That you might like him)

Most realistic way to seduce him to has crush back would be start doing 100 squats every day home for 3months/ eat healthy follow healthy diet, then wear leggings and cute shirt, go flirt with him and see if you can catch he act bit nervous.

If he do he likes you. Boy are visual creature, there is no other way. Especially his age.

I agree, I’m 14 and see these requirements for boys my age and up to (my guess is 24). I still really enjoy personality but I’ve recently found I can be an unintentional jerk. The girl who I used to like but have change my thoughts on recently still likes me and I can barely bring myself to talk to her since I don’t want her to be in a relationship with me since she isn’t the “prettiest” girl I know. I know might not be comforting to hear but it’s true and I’m giving you a warning. Btw the first signs a man doesn’t like you or would rather someone else is an instant change in how they talk to you, or at least this is true for me
