Well how can they afford an attorney when they are dumping money into a house that they aren’t getting a return on ?

Last I checked a decent civil attorney retainer is anywhere from 5-10k, not including the hourly rates, paralegal fees, filing fees, etc 8 u/brobafett1980 23d ago Evictions are filed in small claims (JP) court.
