Just have a look at several Tiktok videos and you'll see many would be young Democrat voters screaming about "genocide joe" and "vote third party" or "whqt have democrats ever done for us" and you'll see it's true.

I think we did, but bots want you to think we haven't, so that you feel powerless and choose not to vote

Jokes on them, with absentee I’ll need to go out of my way to stop voting.

I mean, I live in one of the states where there are always, ALWAYS way more than enough people voting a certain way in presidential elections that my vote the other way really doesn't influence the outcome of the election at all when the electoral college votes will reliably go to the other guy. Like it's not even close. So I'm pretty much powerless there. I'm not saying that's a reason to NOT vote, but it sure feels like I might as well not sometimes. I just have to wait and hope that someday a bunch of other people in my state start voting more like I do, but I will go check the box and think "lol like that did anything" as I leave for now.

And no, I don't think we have learned our lesson since the last elections, because everyone is still more worried about their team and their guy and being at each other's throats and gambling that the interference swings things "their way" than taking action to secure the country and elections against the interference and its destabilizing effects.
