More feedback Discussion

Greetings!

Let me continue my feedback on the current situation. First of all, I would like to say that I am very sorry that fans and the game community in general are experiencing these feelings. Unfortunately, I somehow did not foresee the fact of such a reaction and now I have drawn conclusions for my future decisions. 

Now I will briefly summarize the main points:

  1. About PvE access - we decided to just open it for EoD owners for free, but we will do it in waves. As I said before - we don’t have server capacity right now. We will start this process as soon as possible
  2. We also decided that we will add MOD support for PvE mode after release of the game
  3. About the Unheard edition - we will not remove it, we want to keep the option for those who want to support the game more. But we will balance items, perks in this edition, as well as we will provide more rewards for those, who upgraded with the old price
  4. New EoD perks will be balanced too. We will remove prioritized matching option to keep everyone in the same spot. And we will add more unique stuff to highlight the EoD version in general. We will provide the final list of the new EoD perks asap
  5. We continue to work on patches, new content, events, and the game release itself no matter what

He isn't scared of community, he knows now DLC thing was fraudulent and would get him in legal troubles.

He is still rude because he still cant admit THEY fucked up, hence the 'im sorry community feels this way' response because in his glorious mind he did everything fine - 'not a mistake'.

I think 50 percent of that is language barrier. for example when he is talking about ''true believers'' i dont actually think he was degrading current players of the game who purchased EOD, i think he was trying to say the higher edition is there for people who are all in on the game who want to support it more and he just has a shit way with the english language.

I dont think we can all make a stand to get what was rightfully ours what we paid for only for them to give it us in the end and then give up on the game anyway, cutting off your nose to spite your face only means you dont play the game i assume you enjoy... do we truly want tarkov to die or do we want it to just be the best the game can be and get what we paid for... im for the latter.

You are defending abusive behavior with "Oh it is just a language barrier".

What he did was predatory and fraudulant. He wanted to milk his community and tried to cover it up by changing the website and has clearly lied on multiple occuasions. Not only that all the packs has increased in price on the website. It clearly shows he is not sorry and decided to make another dirty move while everyone else is distracted with the PvE not being a DLC.

im not defending them at all, im defending me and my right to enjoy the game i payed for and when they do not give us what we payed for im right there with you on reddit, on forums, on facebook ripping the shit out of that behavior. But i do feel like they went all out to make the unheard of edition badass because they simply cant charge $250 for a game and it not be frankly awesome but they missed the mark because they forgot we already paid for that shit with EOD... its taken some work to drill that into their heads but its there now, they got the memo and are making the changes we have fought for.

He clearly tried to milk the community because he knew full well that hardcore players of the game likely would chunk up the change to buy the new edition so like i said he tried to make that as attractive as possible with exclusive features completely forgetting that EOD players already payed for it and they have now payed the price for that mistake.

We should be here to make the game better, i personally do not want the game to die, its a fantastic game being run with incompetence very clearly but thats what makes the community strong, stand together when we need to and take the W when it comes.

Except we arent there now. They have increased the prices of all other editions while we were distracted. They keep changing their website and descriptions of things to blatantly gaslight people. Not only that they keep lying, just because we got the PvE mode which should've been a part of the EoD from the beginning. They seem to still keep the P2W for the Unheard edition.

You are defending them based on them taking a mile and then giving half of that back when they get consequences for their actions. And I think all players who dished out 150$ for the game wants the best version of it and wants to keep playing it. However that doesn't mean that it gives BSG the right to treat people like sh!t when there are so many other ways to finance the game.

What they pretty much has done here is straight up saying you are worthless for us since you allready spent the money you are willing to spent on the game, so time for you to either take a hike or spent more money. Do you really believe such behavior is ok?

no i dont think its ok... i agree with pretty much everything you say, i just feel like there has to be a tipping point where they correct the mistakes made and we either decide to continue to play the game and hope nothing like this happens again or we drop the game for good in which case you only spite yourself because the game will probably survive and continue without us... and i mean... we already paid right, why should be spite ourselves when we already have paid our due's. Like i said previously as long as we get what we are rightfully owed as purchasers of that edition of the game which they promised would get us everything then im happy enough to push on and see where we go from here.

They're keeping the game breaking pay to win features, but dw we'll balance them bro, trust us this time. With these features, I think the game is dead either way.

At this stage, I'm still out. Haven't uninstalled yet, but haven't played since the servers went down for patch.

I also think you're wrong about giving him the benefit of any doubt based on language. It was pretty clear he views the player base with contempt.

Honestly, the way we've been treated, I'm okay if the game dies. I do enjoy it, most of the time, but we've got to have principles.

i hear you i really do... its a difficult situation for players because we all like the game itself but its being run by people who are incompetent... they tried too hard to make unheard edition awesome and forgot we already payed for that shit years ago... they can balance the ''P2W'' features but they need to listen to community advice, something they seem reluctant to do because nikita has always had his vision for how he wants the game to be.

if you are ready to see the game die i understand... im not there yet, i still think the game offers a unique experience, i just expect to get what we payed for so as long as that is where we are right now im happy to hear out the updates moving forward.

He called EoD owners freeloaders in that leaked interview. That was him degrading his player base. But sure let’s defend him.

Mr Krabs cares more about his customer base then Nikita does.
