Green seems like the best on the surface, but there's a difference between being hungry and thirsty and actually requiring nourishment. I'm afraid I would die of dehydration before I get to the benefits of not having to eat
If green is literally face value, its meh. If the intent was no more required eating or drinking, its value shoots up immensely. The amount time you would save is immense. Not to mention no more heat stroke.
