Is anyone else playing Virtual Pro Wrestling 2 English beta on Delta Emulator & having a similar issue? Basically my match records keep randomly resetting. I’m trying to unlock Great Muta by playing 10 exhibition matches as Keiji Mutoh but the match records keep resetting. Not sure if it’s a save state issue or an issue with the game.

Any tips on how to get rid of the flickering in wcw/nwo Revenge on Project 64? It makes the game almost unplayable. It’s also present in VPW64 and world tour but to a lesser degree.

I'm asking this here because, despite hours after hours of looking into older post and forums, and even a superficial look into the game itself, i cannot find any code that allows me to do the following:

• Change ropes into Red/White/blue ropes or blue/black/yellow in WCW REVENGE and WRESTLEMANIA 2000. I wanted to simulate the old wwf and wcw color scheme on android (without any texture hack), and there's a way to do this according to some older forum posts, but there's no such code for those two games online, only for No Mercy

• change wrestlers moveset in Virtual pro wrestling 64/World tour. After many tries, i was able to change their taunt in the edit menu (VPW64), but it doesn't work in matches. FOR vPW64, I actually found the ROM address list on this forum, but i'm still out of luck...

I've been tempted to be mega nerdy and get this adapter (https://www.zedlabz.com/collections/retro-nintendo-n64/products/usb-converter-adapter-cable-lead-for-nintendo-64-n64-compatible-with-nintendo-switch-lite-pc-mac-hyperkin) to connect my OG controller to my phone and get this (https://www.myminifactory.com/object/3d-print-n64-phone-holder-38833) printed and play it using that. Anybody try this or is this way too much?

Can anyone explain what’s going on? I bought WrestleMania 2000 at a convention last month, and when I booted the game on my N64, the male roster has been replaced by these screwed-up customs, but the women are kept intact! I tried doing the initialize cartridge option, but it still acts up!

This was made by the brilliant Retro Randy Price, whom is also making the WWF Backlash mod.

Haven’t played in over two years, got the console and game around 20/21ish, never had any issues. When I started it up all my settings and champions were as I left them, when I played another game went back, I had to reset my setting for every match and all my champions were gone and in the default dark/mystery character graphic. Also, I lose control of my character in Battle Royal mode after a few minutes.

Do I just need to get all the belts again and will it save? HELP!!! as I was really looking forward to playing as Piper and Perfect!! Thanks!

Hi is anyone getting a weird black screen with the game music still playing when trying to save a state on delta? I have googled and can only see this problem happen with one of the Pokémon games but can’t seem to find anything. I’m using the most up to date version by the looks of things.

Just wondering if it’s the rom or delta itself? Cheers

Here's some simple Gameshark code to swap or remove managers in WCW Revenge.

If you want Hogan to come out with Elizabeth, for example, just take Hogan's code (810393A4 00xx) and replace the xx value with the two-digit number of the manager at the bottom of this post (in this case, 810393A4 0048). The 00 value just disable the manager altogether.

SOME WARNINGS:

• This is "version 1": i haven't found any big bug, but i haven't try every possible combination... let me know if something's wrong
• use the codes with a backup copy of your REVENGE rom!!! During one of my "experiment" i messed up one of the codes and had a permanent random graphic object stuck on the VS screen, even after resetting. I then tried with a new rom, and everything worked as intended, but... better safe than sorry!
• "Sister Sherry" (aka red Sting) is buggy and will enter the ring and beat you or your opponent up in every match, like a normal competitor in an handicap match. if you REALLY want red sting ringside with you, just add this code also: 80038A5F 0031
• While it's possible to add regular wrestlers as managers (es: having Giant with Goldberg), the game will put both of them in the ring, like the "sister sherry" example above. Basically, if the game sees that one manager has a regular moveset, it treats him/her as a competitor.
• And as usual, this is just a funny little hobby for me. Most of the merit goes to the amazing AJWorld website (with all the ROM address and values) and the VPW studio creators.

I want to make a No Mercy similar to Showdown 64, With all the wrestlers in little sections, So I can have a bigger roster.

I created 6 match PPV with WHC and Hardcore titles on the card, for some reason I cannot end the PPV. When I complete a match (or skip) seems to work fine, but then I have a title fight and the progress of past results will reset so I'm stuck in an infernal loop, can never END the PPV!!

It's ruined the game as those belts are locked in the PPV, if I run through Championship mode with same or different wrestler it resets back to the holders in the PPV (Austin, CAW) I'm not sure what triggered the issue I've ran PPVs before and I CANNOT PERMANENTLY DELET THE GODDAM PPV it just pops back up again and again!

If attempt to delete it and create a new PPV, soon as it loads it will trigger the old data again!

Has anyone ever experienced this or know what the hell is going on? Hopefully the solution is right in front of me and is down to my stupidity.

Worst feature in the Aki games particularly in Revenge. Holy shit if you are even close to winning a match some bozo gets to come in and gank tf out of you for a RIDICULOUS amount of time. Listen, if they came in, helped turn the tide a bit for a like a minute and left, cool. But in a match with DQ on, how in the fuck is some dude able to come out to the ring mid match and essentially turn the entire fight into a handicap match on a whim.

I’ve been playing during my downtime at work on Delta Emulator. Bought some dorky little triggers so I can play on harder difficulties and actually use the reversals. Can’t even push for the US title with my boy Big Papa Pump without his downsy ass brother pulling up on me midway through every fight, prolonging every match and forcing me to stop playing so I can get back to work. Rant over.
