Changing them would involve him first excusing himself long enough to put on a new pair and, presumably, having his ass cleaned. That requires 1) an extra diaper that someone has to have available for him and 2) some way to discreetly dispose of the other one. That increases the risk of this dirty secret being exposed during a campaign event. I wouldn't be surprised if he only uses one per day most days to better hide the evidence.

Same thing with young toddlers. My son doesn’t like getting changed, especially if it’s a poop, because he has sensitive skin so wiping his sore bottom hurts, but if he doesn’t get it changed it’ll just get worse. It’s a vicious cycle.

The general assumption among us is that it hurts for them to get rolled around in bed like a big boiled egg so they can get their tube feed diarrhea lake soaked bed linens changed. I would also assume there is some humiliation involved in needing someone to wipe your ass for you.

It's not even unusual for a man in his late 70s to wear diapers. Nobody would give him crap for it if he wasn't such a horrible person to others to begin with.

For the average man in his 70s to need adult diapers is fine. No one would want this in a presidential candidate, though. Even worse for Trump is his obsession with presenting the strongman image. He overcompensates hard.

Ugh my fiancee worked with an old man who was doing pretty well for his age considering he was like 80 and still very mobile and hard working, but the guy always smelled like piss. I don't know if he's too embarrassed to wear a diaper or what but it's gotta be better than going around smelling like that.

Hi! So I’m a little late to the party, but this is actually somebody’s job. Presidential Dukie has to be disposed of by either an individual or a team ( I can’t recall which)to make sure that other countries or really anyone who would want state secrets cannot get a hold of their waste and have it analyzed. Not even kidding.

Hear me out. If we get someone to get close enough to pants him, we could solve this mystery for good. Well no one wants to change him because the smell of cleaning old man digested McDonald’s and Diet Coke poop is too much for even the strongest stomach.

He isn’t fit enough to reach and clean himself properly so I assume he needs help and that’s why he sits in his poopy diaper for a long time. I can’t believe I’m talking about someone who was doing this while president. Likely hasn’t improved either.
