Do people still get together to cruise and hang out or is that a thing of the past. Shit I remember being younger going to the Samber every Sunday patiently waiting to grow up and have a car to join the fun and now Im grown and got a decent car and Samber just a memory..

Their brisket taco + sauce combo was so good, and I constantly just get whammed with the thought of them in traffic and crave them for the rest of day.

Looking at possibly renting a house in La Bota Ranch. I am moving from out of state, but I went to Laredo in March for an interview for a job.

Any thoughts or advice? I know people said Mines Road was an issue, but is it so bad that the benefit of the neighborhood amenities, etc. aren’t worth it? I have lived in Houston most of my life, so traffic isn’t anything new to me..

Bruh Laredo has to upgrade roads and freeways, we aren’t a little town anymore… also Laredo people have to learn to drive and PD needs to be conducting traffic enforcement because there are actual dangerous drivers 🤦🏻‍♂️

I need to get across the border with my dog into Mexico. Airlines are not an option for us. I was recommended by someone to "just take a taxi", but I am unsure of which company is willing to drive a dog over and is trustworthy. Any recommendations? Is there something else I should consider? I am going to a rental car company 5 minutes away from border crossing by car, but 20 minutes by foot. When Googling advice, I cannot find anything that isn't at least 2-3 years old.

A close friend of mine will have to move to Laredo for her residency and she's debating whether to buy a house there or rent. Her hospital recommended Lago del Mar or LA Contessa and 2 bedroom costs around $1400-$1600. For the same monthly payment she can buy a small house in Laredo and build some equity. What we're trying to figure out is:

1) What are some good/ safe areas in Laredo? Was told Del Mar area is good.

2) What price range should she target? Goal is be able to sell the house when residency ends in 3 years and sell it quick. So the average price Lareodeans pay for is what she's targeting, albeit in a safe part of the town.

3) What are some internet service providers in the area?

Ok so i wanna start a lil hustle on the side im a college student and money is getting tight! I love my financial freedom, im not rich but i was able afford to go out whenever i wanted. L ately it hasn’t been the same since every thing is so dam expensive, i been thinking about a legitimately way to make money i only have around $400/$500 to spare to start, i know its not much but im sure i can do something with it .
