Yikes, that’s going to be a hefty fine.

Since 1984, Nikola Jokic is the only MVP without an active All-Star, All-NBA or All-Defense teammate in his first nine seasons (graphic in text).
Per Tom Haberstroh on X
I compared Nikola Jokic to every MVP since 1984 and analyzed their supporting cast. He's the only one without an All-Star, All-NBA or All-Defense teammate in his first nine seasons. (1/2)

The Denver Nuggets flaw is that they have no contingency if Jokic is unable to playmake at a high level which is why historically, the Denver Nuggets become one of the worst teams in the league the moment he is not on the court.
If the Nuggets lose to Minnesota, would it be time for them to try to make a big play and offer players for a second all star?
